According to the Law # 9609 of February 19th, 1998, it was established that the "SOFTWARE" computer programs would have the Copyright legal as a way of protecting the interests of whom develops them.
Power of attorney (model to supplied) with approved signature
Assignment Document (when it refering to a depositing that isn't the program creator, and when there's no employment agreement outsourcing for this development), signed by the author and cessionary, two witnesses properly qualified and with all the approved signatures.
Source program (two copies - original and photocopy)
Note: The program should be presented in paper A4, being allowed the used of the front and the back of the paper, and all of the pages should be initialed by the author and numbered as follows:
Document with one sheet only: 1/1
Document with three sheets: 1/3,2/3 e 3/3
The referred program source will be conditioned to each 07(seven) leaves in an involucre. It will be used as many involucres as it will be necessary for the protection of the document.

If the program has been developed either via a contract of employment of outsourcing, a copy of the employment or outsourcing agreement should be presented
